I had a large pizza and a lug of wings. The wings were orange plum or something. I was glad I tried them. The pizza was fine. I enjoyed watching a baseball game here as there are multiple tvs. There's a good few mile stretch of nothing on 150 but this place and forest so stop by order a tenderloin or a fried chicken dinner with slaw and type a message right above mine here.

We ordered pizza and mild wings for pick up, the crust on the pizza was not good at all and without flavor. We had ordered mild wings and got hot wings not a big deal though. I would not order the pizza again, for the price you can get a fresh made pizza at a lot of other places.

I swore not to go back to TNT's about 2 years ago, mainly due to their constantly escalating prices. Well, I made the mistake of giving in to convenience and trying it again on Wednesday night. We had just about given up on getting service when the kid prepping food in back came out to get our drinks after 10 minutes. Their was just one waitress working, and she was much too busy socializing out in the smoking area with people she knew. About 5 minutes after the kid got us our drinks she finally asked us if we needed a couple minutes to decide what we wanted. Uh..no. We had been there over 15 minutes at that point, so we had plenty of time to decide, thanks. Wednesday's special was fried chicken. I ordered that, my sister ordered the Illini fries. You'd think that the special would be a relatively quick item, but apparently not. It was another 30 minutes or so before we got our food. (delivered by the prep kid who also refilled our drinks, btw) The fried chicken was bland and had very little actual meat. It was mostly skin and breading. My french fries were soggy and undercooked. My sister did say that the Illini fries were good, but the building was too smoky to even enjoy them. After we ate it took another extra 5 or 10 minutes to get our waitress's attention (out socializing in the smoking area again) just to get our check. The service was terrible, and the food wasn't much better. Also, the place just stinks - smoky and musty. I was told they frequently leave the doors to the smoking area open and the smoke gets sucked into the dining area. Nice, huh? I won't be going back, and I'm sticking to it this time. Another reviewer mentioned the former occupant of this location, Weinstein's. The former owners would be appalled at what this former neighborhood staple has become.

This bar / restaurant replaced Weinsteins that was there for many years and had a great reputation as having good food. I've only tried the pizza and it was better than most. They put a lot of toppings and it has good flavor. Just like Weinsteins, it is a neighborhood bar and you will generally find locals there. I will have to try something else on the menu next time.
